Neuro Strategic Coach® Professional Coach Certification
Through instruction by Neuro Strategic Coach® Master & Professional coaches, live practicum group sessions, inspired by real-life coaching situations, & a curriculum focused on the core competencies of the coaching profession, learners gain skills & insight through deep theory and practical application. Neuro Strategic Coach® Graduates who complete this “Neuro Strategic Coach Professional Certification Advanced program may apply for PCC upon completions of 166.5 education hours plus 500 Coaching experience hours & completion of the ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).

The NSC® Professional Coach Certification program is completed online through live lectures & practicum sessions that meet twice a week for 10 months with a 3 day on site intensive. Pre-requisite for participating in this program is completion of the NSC® Coach Certification 66.5 Coach Education Hours program, formerly ACSTH ICF approved, and is now part of the NSC® Professional Coach Certification pending Level 2 ICF accreditation for a total of 166.5 CEHs.
Accreditation
The Neuro Strategic Coach® Professional Coach Certification program has been recognized as a “Second to None” coach education program and has been designed to meet the Level 2 ICF Standards, and is currently pending accreditation by the ICF. Coach Education Courses are offered in English and Spanish.

Module 1 – Advanced Neuro Strategic Coaching Skills

Online Delivery: Module 3 is comprised of 8 live online Zoom sessions each lasting 2 hours (16 hours).
Module 4 – Advanced Organization Coaching Tools
The emphasis of this module is on utilizing coaching in our roles as leaders, with teams, and with executives. This advanced skills module will help coaches take the next steps in their development. Content includes:

Online Delivery: Module 4 Online is comprised of 6 live online Zoom sessions each lasting 2 hours (12 hours total).
Alternative On-Site Delivery: Modules 3 and 4 On-Site may be offered as a 3-day long program running for a total of 20 hours.

Completion of the Neuro Strategic Coach® Advanced Diploma training will provide the learner with 100 Coach Education Hours towards ICF (ACC, PCC, MCC). NSCI does not award the ICF or ICF credentials. Learners who complete the Neuro Strategic Coach® Certification Training will earn 66.5 Coach Education Hours. Learners who complete the Neuro Strategic Coach® certificate and the Advanced Diploma training will earn a total of 166.5 CEHs. NSCI graduates received the NSC® or Advanced-NSC®, NSC® NLP Coach Certification or Legacy Leadership® certifications. For international certifications, NSCI graduates meet the education and mentor required hours for the ICF Credentials. Graduates must apply, pay applicable fees, and meet testing and/or coaching hour requirements for each individual international organization, and the specific credential applied for.
