Garcia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, strategic coaching, and leadership to her role as Director of the Health Coaching Division at the Neuro Strategic Coaching Institute. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville and a Master of Health Administration from the University of St. Francis (Joliet, IL), Wanda combines academic rigor with hands-on healthcare experience to inspire transformative growth in her clients and team.

As a certified Neuro Strategic Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Wanda leverages cutting-edge neuroscience techniques, communication intelligence, and accelerated learning strategies to empower individuals toward rapid, lasting change.
