As a gifted speaker, facilitator, and mediator, Dr. Mario delivers powerful keynotes, leads interactive sessions at corporate retreats, and trains high-impact teams, church ministries, and non-profit organizations with a blend of insight, humor, and strategy.
He is a collaborative Master Strategist and Coach, providing practical feedback and integrative coaching techniques tailored to each individual. His personalized approach empowers clients to overcome personal and professional challenges, build on their strengths, and achieve sustainable growth. Nationally and internationally recognized, Dr. Mario has presented in diverse cultural contexts, bringing compassion, clarity, and transformational insight to every engagement.
He also serves as Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences at Liberty University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Tennessee.
