Our program focuses on preparing coaches to serve organizations & the people who lead them. As a coach, you will leverage a powerful attitude, set of skills & approach that brings out the absolute best in others.
You will shift from solving problems to aiding others in coming up with their own solutions. You will gain 66.5 hours of coach education that is fully aligned the International Coaching Federation & can be leveraged towards ICF ACC certification. In addition, the education is global in terms of focus & accessibility & is designed to meet the scheduling needs of busy professionals.

The Neuro Strategic Coach Professional Certification is a 66.5 hour education program completed online through live lectures and practicum sessions that meet twice a week for 10 months with a 3 day on site intensive.

Accreditation
Our program is recognized as an ICF Level 2 Accredited Coach Education Program, meeting the highest standards established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF defines coaching as a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. Neuro Strategic Coaching® uniquely integrates principles from positive psychology and psycho-linguistics, equipping our students with tools, strategies, and scientifically grounded interventions. As a result, NSC® coaches are empowered to deliver transformational results in leadership, business, communication, wellbeing, life satisfaction, and personal mastery—helping clients accelerate growth with measurable impact.
This program, in conjunction with the NSC® Professional Coach Education program have been designed to meet the Level 2 standards, and is currently pending accreditation by the ICF.

Certification
Upon completion of all requirements, graduates shall receive a certification as CERTIFIED NEURO STRATEGIC COACH & will meet the education & mentor coach requirements for ICF certification.
