Erica brings a unique blend of experience in psychology, leadership, and creative storytelling to her role as NLP Practitioner and Director of Communications. She began her career managing a law firm and helping run a pastoral counseling institute before pursuing advanced studies at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
For many years, she also worked as a licensed mental health professional, walking alongside individuals through seasons of growth and healing.
Her passion for communication and creativity later inspired her to open her own photography business, where she captured meaningful moments and stories for families and communities. Today, alongside her work in NLP and communications, she partners with nonprofit ministries to help bring inner healing and transformation to others.
Erica’s story is also deeply personal. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of her first son, Tito, she discovered how powerfully NLP could help her process grief, rebuild her sense of self, and find new meaning.
That journey fuels her commitment to helping others overcome their own struggles, break free from what holds them back, and step into a life of healing and purpose.
Originally from the Midwest and now based in Florida, Erica is married to her college sweetheart, and together they enjoy game nights, karaoke, and cozy evenings streaming their favorite shows. Faith and family are the center of her life, and everything she does is guided by her belief in the importance of legacy, connection, and living with intention.
